Why Vod error 7 happened and how to fix it

First of all understand that vod is a network between your tv and xfinity main frame system ,where you access the huge library,but what happen when your signal inside your house is unbalanced or,you have noise,heavy tx on your line,that answer is that error,error is a meaning of missing ip address on this receiver due a bad signal coming to this location a bad receiver or bad quality on the wiring that is impiding the proper communication,a quick fix is hard reset but it is just a quick fix
