Unscrew the dome and look for the reset bottom Press the reset bottom for 25 seconds and while keeping the finger on the reset bottom go to the next step Disconect ipcam from the network (the ethernet cable feeding it) for 25 seconds (remember keeping finger on that bottom) Last step : power up that ipcam by connecting by the ip cam to the ethernet cable again and count 25 seconds
These 3 step you should have the finger on the reset bottom In the last step you able to see the led infrared powering and loading Check the connection status in the dvr cameras section
Remember to setup ipcam on “plug n play@ and Not manually
